| Payment
Details |
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance).
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Western Union
If the Guest cancels inside 60 days from the check-in date and FAILS to pay the balance due, there will be no refunds of any funds received UNLESS the owner is able to re-reserve the property inside 60 days from the check-in date. The owner will refund the Guest in full for the total number of days that the property has been re-rented, less a 10% cancellation fee. If the Guest requires a date change the owner will make all necessary arrangements to accommodate the request. No refunds will be made for unused days or early departures unless agreed by the Owner. Owner will change dates to accommodate schedule changes and is happy to accommodate reasonable requests. Damage deposit voucher not processed on card if there is no damage.

- All refunds are subject to CDN$50.00 service charge plus credit card merchant fees.

| Security
Deposit |
- We require a credit card and signature by the cardholder at time of booking in the amount of pre-arranged with the owner and depending on the number of guests. Any charges incurred arising from property damage, missing inventory, excessive cleaning or noise ($500 per infraction) or smoking ($500)will be paid by the guest. If the charges are greater than the deposit taken the guest will pay the difference which would be deducted from the credit card provided.
- Respect for the property and the neighbours is greatly appreciated.

- Check in begins at 4pm.
- Check Out is at 10am.

| Late
Check Out |
- Late Check-Out must be pre-arranged at least 1 week prior to arrival.
- Late Check-Out not pre-arranged could be subject to the following charges:
- 10AM - Noon: $100 charged.
- After 12 Noon: One(1) night rate charged.

| Smoking |
- No smoking inside the Condo.

| Customer
Discretion |
- We require at least one guest in the unit to be over 25 years old.
- Each reservation is confirmed with a specified number of guests. We require prior notification of any increase in size of your party, which is not to exceed the maximum.
- We reserve the right to refuse or interrupt service to any customer due to excessive noise or property abuse. Please be considerate and observe quiet time of 11 p.m. to 8 a.m..

| Liability |
- The booking guest and all members of the said guest's party (the "Guests") agree to conform to all notices, rules and instructions in and about the home. Guests are responsible for their own conduct and that of any invitees. We (the "Property Owner") reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse or interrupt occupancy in the event of any non-fulfillment or breach of rental conditions. We (the "Property Owner") shall not be held liable for any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising out of any theft, accident, injury, death, damage, delay, inconvenience or distress, whether or not arising by the negligence of the property owner , and the Guests hereby waive any and all such liability.
